How to Use
Place a heatproof dish such as an Abalone shell or a Sage holder on a stable surface to securely hold your smudge bundle.
Start with a prayer honoring this as a special, sacred ceremony. Ground your energy, then ask for guidance and blessings from Mother Earth, Source Energy, or God.
Based on your intention, respectfully light your Smudge Stick for your ceremony. Set a clear intention for the burn—cleansing, offering, protection, or meditation. You may speak the intention aloud or hold it silently. use a Turkey feather to gently move the smoke energy (optional).
Extinguishing: Allow the log to burn down naturally in its container. If you must extinguish, press gently into sand or soil until smoldering stops.
Once completed, close out your ceremony with gratitude and prayers.
