Crystal Chakra Balancing
Crystal Chakra Balancing is a beautiful modality that will help restore harmony within the Emotional & Spiritual Bodies. Every day we are exposed to stress, both emotional and physical, which can lead to dis-ease. Stress can affect our body’s cells, meridians, and internal frequencies. When the body is balanced, it creates harmony and well-being.
Crystals, Stones & essential oils are placed on the client’s torso along the main Chakra points. Each Crystal or stone is intuitively chosen to help remove emotional energetic blockages and help balance the movement of each Chakra. Other techniques and tools such as high vibrational music, oils, Oracle cards, and Reiki, are used to layer energies, bring insight, and to help create a deep, relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Additionally, this is complemented with the use of the TAJ-Mat by InfraMat Pro®. This Mat provides Hot Stone Therapy, FAR Infrared Therapy, Negative Ion Therapy, PEMF Therapy and Photon Light Therapy. This is a great opportunity for clients to experience Energetic Chakra Balancing from the comfort of their own home! Prior to the session, the client fills out an intake form. We will then schedule a Zoom call to enable both the practitioner and client to discuss areas of concern, answer any questions, understand what to expect, and for the client to select between a ‘Live Virtual’, or 2day ‘Distance/Remote’ session. These options will be discussed during the call.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that has been practiced for over 2,500 years. The current form of Usui Reiki Ryoho was developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th Century in Japan. This beautiful modality uses a light hands on or above body approach to help reduce stress and to assist in the healing of self and others. The placement of hands and usage of symbols is key for allowing the Spiritual process to flow.
The term Reiki, translates as ‘Universal Life Energy’. “Rei” for universal, and “ki” life energy.
This is a safe method for self improvement which helps restore peace, balance and wellbeing. Assisting in removal of energetic blocks or stagnant energy, this allows the natural flow of vibrations within the body. Soothing music is played to help ease the client into a relaxed state, and crystals can be placed to help increase the vibration and frequency.

Oracle Card Reading
Are you stuck? Not sure which way to go? ‘Divination’ cards are a tool that are used to help tell a story, using Numbers, Letters, Imagery & colors. Based on the client’s personal energy, intuitively chosen cards are drawn that help assist in the reading to allow clients to understand what Spirit wants them to know.
Tarot cards can be incorporated into the reading to give more substance, clarity and guidance. Based on ‘what you need to hear’ vs. ‘what you want to know’, gives better introspection and awareness. Spreads can be very fluid and show possibilities, different perspectives, and give practical advice. Not to mention, just downright FUN!

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST)
What is VST? A very relaxing Healing modality using Therapeutic Himalayan Singing Bowls that encourages relaxation & relief from stress and tension. Based on Sound Waves and Vibration, the client experiences a ‘Sound Massage’ when the bowls are placed in specific areas of the body. This allows the parasympathetic nervous system to help correct or repair using its own internal healing. When each bowl is rhythmically struck, it allows the brain to entrain those beautiful sounds, turn off the ‘Monkey Mind’, and then help ease the conscious mind into a very relaxed state that can be found similarly during Meditation or Yoga.

Zen ‘Grounding’ with VST
Dealing with chaotic energy? Center yourself! Help restore balance & calm from your busy schedule, and help create an overall sense of quiet being when you ‘Ground’. This Healing modality using a large ‘Footie’ Therapeutic Himalayan Singing Bowl that is tuned to the ‘F’ note, and your Heart Chakra. The resonance and frequency allows relaxation, and assists in clearing blocked energy. Standing inside the bowl, you can feel the vibration move within your own energetic field, and help restore balance. Other bowls are also used around the body to help align the energies and to help you center. (Clients can also choose to sit, with their feet in the bowl). A truly wonderful experience!

Dream Sound Bath
A Sound Bath is a beautiful meditative listening experience, using the acoustics of different instruments to help relax the body, and assist with shifting the mind into a calmer, and deeper state of consciousness.
Based on sound waves, frequency and vibration, you experience a gentle Sound Massage that allows you to release stress, and replace that energy feeling revitalized. Gongs, Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Koshi Bell Chimes, and Drums are used to help your body's parasympathetic nervous system activate internal self healing. When each instrument is rhythmically struck, it allows the brain to entrain those beautiful sounds, and then help ease the conscious mind into a very relaxed ‘Dream-like’ state that can be found similarly during Meditation or Yoga.

Your own experience begins either in a comfortable seated Yoga position, or lying down. You will be guided through a short breath work meditation which allows you to center your energy, and prepare for the soothing rhythmic vibrations of the Sound Bath. Each instrument used impacts the physical and emotional aspects of our being, allowing for release of stress, and ‘washing away’ any external stimuli so that we can help balance our energetic bodies.
You will have the opportunity to use a provided Yoga Mattress, just bring a pillow, blanket, or an eye mask to help you get into a comfortable state of relaxation.
Group and Personal sessions are available.
Group sessions are offered monthly. Please arrive 15 min prior to the session to set up your relaxation spot, and bring a bottle of water. Yoga and/or comfortable clothing is encouraged.

Energetic Cord Removal and Release
As Energetic beings, we make connections through our experiences and our relationships. However, sometimes these experiences both those that are wonderful or those that are challenging, can leave us feeling depleted, drained, feeling stuck, and unable to move forward.
Energetic cords are invisible strands of energy that connect us to places, trauma, people, beliefs, even past life experiences. Understanding and recognizing what type of energy is being transferred between you and that experience or person empowers you to work on releasing that connection.
Are cords always negative? The answer is No! Even wonderful relationships can deter us from reaching our potential, or drain us. There could be a situation where a person is going through difficulties, is an energy vampire, or perhaps is demanding your time. Cord removal allows you to set healthy boundaries, and to create a more balanced relationship. Will this end the relationship? The answer is No. This type of clearing does not remove you from being in that relationship, it actually helps to strengthen your energy so that you can feel empowered and interact in a more positive way.
So how do you know if you are experiencing this? Ask yourself, what is your energy? How are you triggered when dealing with a certain person, a situation, or even a memory? Do you have ‘brain fog’ or having a hard time concentrating? Do you feel overwhelmed or anxious around someone, or perhaps a situation? Have you experienced ‘bumping into’ the person in question when you least expect, or keep getting reminders from conversations? Have you tried to forgive, but emotions and your Ego get in the way, preventing you from letting go?
