How to Use
Using a firesafe container, start with a prayer honoring this as a special, sacred ceremony. Ground your energy, then ask for guidance and blessings.
Prepare a heat-safe container such as an abalone shell, or or a Sage holder to securely hold your incense log. Maintain proper ventilation. Ensure proper stability.
Based on your intention, respectfully begin your ceremony with prayers.
Start with the White Sage first, then transition to the White Copal.
Light your Sage/White Copal Incense Log, let burn for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so that it smokes.
You can also use a ‘non-charcoal’ burner using a tea light. This offers a slower burn.
Move mindfully within your meditation, enjoying your spiritual ritual or ceremony or devotions.
Re-light your Copal Log or Sage if necessary.
You can use a Turkey feather to gently move the smoke energy. Once completed, close out your ceremony with gratitude and prayers.
Allow the log to burn down naturally in its container. If you must extinguish, press gently into sand or soil until smoldering stops.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
